The design of resistance structures is one of the main specializations of MeCAD. We create complete projects for metal structures and reinforced concrete structures, using advanced 3D models and professional structural calculation programs.
The entire design process is computerized, from the calculation scheme to the details of each component part. We use internal procedures developed over time, verified in hundreds of projects, so that all structural elements are correctly dimensioned, optimized and perfectly compatible with each other.
The result is an extremely detailed strength documentation, in which each element is:
- correctly calculated and in accordance with the regulations in force
- three-dimensionally modeled, with multiple checks
- detailed so that no additional processing is required during assembly
- uniformly coded, for quick identification on the construction site
We like to say that a MeCAD project is assembled like LEGO for grown-ups — all the pieces fit together exactly, without improvisation.
Assembly projects are developed to high standards, including:
- 2D and 3D details for each node, joint and part
- drawings with coded elements
- lists of materials 100% compatible with production
- clear instructions for fast and safe assembly
We constantly collaborate with construction companies across the country, and our projects are recognized for the accuracy and clarity of details. Builders appreciate the fact that a MeCAD project does not require additional explanations – the documentation is complete and can contain several hundred drawings, when necessary.
In addition to metal structures, we also design reinforced concrete structures, BA frames, foundations, overcasting and mixed metal-concrete solutions, adapted to technological or architectural requirements. We are flexible and can design any type of structure required by the investment.">
